We offer a 7-day return policy only if our food item is expired dated on the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Perishable goods (such as food items).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Instructions: We will guide you on how to return the product and provide a return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please note:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at morenagajakstore@gmail.com with:

• A description of the damage or defect.
• Photos of the product and packaging.

We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
